Each item created is made with care, meaning, and emotional intention. Because many of the products are personalised, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We'll do our best to resolve it swiftly and compassionately.
